troubleshooting
I have tried to make this website as extensive as possible but there will still be problems you are unable to solve on your own. Below I have listed the proper procedure for dealing with these problems. If you follow the tips it should hopefully save us both a lot of time and effort. So here we go:o1. First things first. Categorize your problem. Is it an issue with your ftp program, or with your email, or with your website coding...etc. Once you know where to look you are halfway there.
o2. Now that you know what your problem is you can look for it in the FAQ. If you can't find an answer continue down the list.
o3. Check the respective program's website for an FAQ or help section. ie. If you are using Cyberduck and are having issues go to the website and click on help
o4. If you are having issues with your website coding go back to my website coding page and read through some of the tutorials to see if you can figure out what you are doing wrong.
o5. If you still can't figure out what is wrong with your site you can try searching in the Support Center of my host.
o6. Ok by now you are starting to get desperate. Go ahead and google your problem. Try some different wording if nothing turns up. You might get lucky.
o7. When none of the above steps help go ahead and email me. Make sure you include your website url, a detailed description of your problem (include screenshots if necessary) and attach any relevant files.
